When I needed to get my bathroom remodeled, I reached out to Brett who quickly set up a time to get measurements and a feel for the work load that was going to take place in our bathroom. I believe it was within a week that he had come by, taken the measurements and walked me through what was going to happen. About a week later he was able to start and he communicated well about when he’d arrive / how late he could work. While doing the remodeling, we ran into some unforeseen issues because my house is from the 70’s and a lot of things are just out of date. but Brett was well prepared for each issue and fixed it without hesitation. Things that would have set me back a week or two set back Brett only hours. Then when it came to tiling he noticed that my floor tiles were a quarter of an inch too short in each direction, he then went and drove for several hours to different Lowe’s to get me the same tile that we needed. I’ve worked with other contractors before and I feel like they would’ve missed this or had gone home for me to figure out before they came back to work again. Not Brett. His commitment to excellence is unparalleled and I really couldn’t thank him more for his hard work. What would’ve taken me months only took him a couple short weeks. I would highly recommend Brett to anyone as he’s punctual, reliable, and the real deal. I will definitely be using him again if needed. 10/10
